* MH Stories code overhaul
Broke combat to the extreme and overhauled the OHKO cheat so much it no longer contained any of Sc0tline's code except the offsets. Added egg tweaks and stat modification for most iterative action awards.
* Pokeball Code tweak
removed Light Ball (hold item) from pokeballs cheat. Reduced number to 80 to allow obtaining certain stacks of pokeballs

Removed redundant codes to reduce file size and thus reduce chance of plugin crash when searching/adding codes. Added notes on PvP use for certain codes (cheating to win is kinda taboo even if it didn't soft-lock in this game. Added character customization codes (flip gender of features - local cosmetic effect only)

Some codes were the same as their v1.1 counterparts, so the existing ones' titles were edited to reflect this, and the codes themselves were moved to the bottom of the list. I consolidated the name of a code as well so that I could differentiate it from another v1.2 code (Fort42 might have cut off the code name because it was too long).
