iSharingan	03c88f0b09	New MHST (USA) codes. Nixed redundant code. ... Removed redundant codes to reduce file size and thus reduce chance of plugin crash when searching/adding codes. Added notes on PvP use for certain codes (cheating to win is kinda taboo even if it didn't soft-lock in this game.
