Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Offsets were not cleared after each code. Fixed just in
 case anyone adds more codes and wonders what the hell is going on. Codes not
 tested yet, will do by this weekend. Suspect invincibility will not work
 because of how Luma treats non-button press cheats.
